Adrianne Nelson is vice president of solutions delivery for Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). Her responsibilities include thought leadership, product marketing and management for SIA products globally. She is passionate about delivery, strategy and providing an excellent experience for workforce solutions clients of all sizes. Nelson’s goal is to ensure the entire workforce solutions ecosystem that SIA serves realizes the maximum value from the research firm’s products and research. Nelson is an esteemed speaker and writer for industry associations and publications. She has had a variety of contingent workforce management roles with domestic and global operations, client services, sales and implementations with managed service provider (MSP), vendor management system (VMS) and staffing companies in addition to management roles with Hyatt Hotels. Her expertise includes customer service delivery management as well as workforce solutions program implementation, strategy and management. Nelson has a Bachelor of Arts in economics and is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).

He served as Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) president from 2010 through 2024 with overall responsibility for the company’s global strategy, operations and growth. Asin has been with the company since 2003, where he previously led the team responsible for SIA’s award-winning research and content. As chief analyst he continues to focus on developing SIA’s thought leadership, conference content, long-term strategy and product development. Asin is co-author of Breaking Through: Leadership Disciplines from Top Performing Staffing Firms. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, sharing essential insights on leadership as well as the challenges, opportunities and rapid transformations around work today. Asin has been quoted in major business and industry publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, BusinessWeek, Inc. Magazine, The Atlantic, Bloomberg Business, CNBC, Marketplace and MarketWatch among others. Asin is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Prior to joining SIA, Asin spent nearly 12 years as a senior executive at global staffing leader Adecco SA. Before Adecco, he had operations management positions with PepsiCo. Asin began his professional career with Andersen Consulting, the predecessor of Accenture. He has a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Princeton University. Barry is a native of Buffalo, New York. He can be found frequently biking as well as hiking in the hills and along the coast near his home in Palo Alto, California.
