Total compensation increased by a median 0.8% in 2020 in our study of 82 executives at 42 publicly traded staffing, executive search, and other workforce solutions firms globally.
Americas firms posted the highest median compensation at USD 1,725,408. Firms in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa posted median compensation of USD 633,991.
The highest-paid executives in this report’s group of publicly traded staffing companies were Jonas Prising, CEO of ManpowerGroup Inc., with total compensation of USD 11.9 million, and Gary D. Burnison, President and CEO of Korn Ferry, with total compensation of USD 11.3 million.
