  • Total compensation rose by a median 6.4% in 2018 in our study of 84 executives at 43 publicly traded staffing, executive search, and other workforce solutions firms globally. 

  • Americas firms posted the highest median compensation at USD 1,706,216. Firms in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa posted median compensation of USD 576,991

  • The highest-paid executives in this report’s group of 43 publicly traded staffing companies were Peter T. Dameris, (former) CEO of ASGN Inc., with total compensation over USD 14 million, and Jonas Prising, CEO of ManpowerGroup Inc., with total compensation of USD 11.4 million.
