Danny Romero is an assistant editor for Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). He first joined SIA in November 2015 with overall responsibility for writing Daily News stories for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). Romero also helps develop quarterly financial research reports for EMEA and APAC staffing firms. His Daily News stories and financial report coverage have helped inform SIA’s research. Romero also writes for Staffing Industry Review and CWS 3.0. He also contributes to writing for SIA’s lists including  40 Under 40, Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing, Best Staffing Firms to Work for, CW Program Game Changers, Staffing 100 Europe and Staffing 100 North America. His contributions to SIA’s Daily News include its innovative audio interviews as well as in-depth news coverage of global events that have impacted the industry. Romero has a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts in multimedia journalism from Bournemouth University. He has worked with The Independent and Wave 106 in the United Kingdom as well as Orlando Real Producers Magazine – where he wrote about the real estate sector in Orlando – and Orlando Life Magazine. Prior to his career in journalism, he spent six years as an intelligence analyst working with the Air Force, including four years in the service and two in the private sector.
