The Planet Group June 29 announced it will acquire OmniPoint Staffing, a Sandy Springs, Georgia-based IT staffing firm that specializes in providing professionals for enterprise resource planning software and infrastructure projects.

OmniPoint is led by Partners Glenn Myer, Derek Shipes and Keith Will.

Earlier in June, The Planet Group announced the launch of its Rokster consulting firm, which specializes in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, blockchain and business intelligence.
