ICON Medical Network, a national locum tenens provider, has been acquired by healthcare staffing veteran Janet Elkin.Launched in 2010, ICON is headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, a Portland suburb. The company has focused on the Pacific Northwest and has revenue under $10 million, but Elkin told SIA she plans to expand and is hiring nationwide. Additional acquisitions are also in the works.The transaction closed Jan.

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) reported that Stephen Saville, group president of locums, education and corporate development, will leave the company effective April 30, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.Saville is on this year's Staffing 100 list. Cross Country named him as executive VP of operations in April 2019.
