Lathan has more than 10 years of experience in locum tenens and recruitment and most recently was with Mint Physicians. Floyd Lee Locums is an expansion of the locum tenens division formerly part of Trinity, which was acquired earlier this year by Travel Nurse across America.

He has worked for more than 40 years as a senior financial executive in the aerospace, defense, and federal government IT services industries.
