New Jersey Staffing Firm Operator Pleads Guilty

May 02, 2012

A New Jersey staffing firm operator pleaded guilty this week to employment tax fraud. Heach Pang, 60, operated All Pro Staffing and failed to pay $54,852 in employment taxes between July 2006 and October 2006, according to the IRS.

All Pro Staffing operated in Gloucester and Cumberland counties.

Pang also admitted in court to a total tax loss of between $400,000 to $1 million, according to the IRS.

As part of a plea agreement, Pang will file amended corporate tax returns for the years 2004 through 2007 and pay all taxes and penalties. Pang’s violation carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a fine that can be $250,000, twice the gross amount of financial gain from the offense or twice the financial loss sustained by victims.
