LiquidAgents Healthcare LLC, a Plano, Texas-based healthcare staffing firm, ranks as the “Best Staffing Firm to Work For” among firms with 20 to 50 employees, Staffing Industry Analysts announced today at the Staffing Industry Executive Forum, which is being held at the Red Rock Casino and Resort in Las Vegas. LiquidAgents had also taken the top spot among small firms in last year’s “Best Staffing Firms to Work For” program.

TekPartners/MedPartnersHIM, based in Coral Springs, Fla., ranked No. 1 among firms with 51 to 200 employees this year. Collabera Inc., based in Morristown, N.J., was top among large firms with 201 or more employees.

A total of 143 firms took place in this year’s program. Quantum Workplace, an Omaha, Neb.-based firm, conducted the research and rankings for Staffing Industry Analysts, which included internal employees.

In total, there were 15 finalists for the “Best Staffing Firms to Work For.” Here are their rankings:

Midsize (51 to 200 employees)

Large (201 or more employees)
 1. Collabera Inc.
 2. Signature Consultants
 3. Roth Staffing Companies L.P.
 4. CHG Healthcare Services
 5. Express Employment Professionals

In addition, this year, Quantum Workplace ranked the top staffing firms to work for as rated by their temporary workers/consultants.  The results are based on a net promoter score, built on the fundamental perspective that every company’s customers — or temps, in this case — are promoters, passives, or detractors.

All four companies on our list received a net promoter score of more than 55 percent.
