WilsonHCG, a human capital solutions firm, announced today it will spin off of its executive search division as Webber Kerr Associates. Tampa, Fla.-based Webber Kerr will serve existing clients and focus on growth in technology, healthcare, consumer, industrial, private equity, financial and professional services.

Webber Kerr will offer executive search, leadership consulting, CEO and board appointment, executive sourcing and pipeline development services. The spin-off is to take place this evening.
