ATS Corp. (AMEX: ATSC), an information technology services firm, has won a task order to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command in its efforts to recruit cyber security professionals. MBA Consulting Services Inc. will serve as ATS' subcontractor. This order is the first awarded under a U.S. Army indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for human resources solutions and services in recruiting and retention. It is valued at $4.8 million, with a one-year base period and two 12-month option periods.
