AIR-serv operates self-serve and coin-operated tire inflation equipment and vacuums at locations such as gas stations and convenience stores. The Mendota Heights MN-based company has 65,000 locations, according to its Web site.

Under the RPO deal, Manpower Business Solutions will recruit for maintenance repair technicians for AIR-serv's service station and convenience store customers located throughout the U.S. and Canada.
