Arcadia Resources Inc. (AMEX: KAD), a provider of healthcare, pharmacy and staffing services, said it sold its durable medical equipment locations in Florida and Colorado to Aerocare Holdings Inc. for $7.7 million. As part of the deal, Arcadia will keep $7.0 million representing accounts receivable for services provided prior to Aug. 16. Arcadia still has 22 durable medical equipment locations in states other than Colorado and Florida.
