Reports: U.S. Supreme Court to hear challenge to Arizona employer sanctions law, but high court lets San Francisco employer health mandate stand.

The Arizona employer sanction law can take away the business licenses of firms found to be hiring illegal workers, but the U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear an appeal in a challenge to the law, The Associated Press reports. To go to the article, click here.

The U.S. Supreme Court also refused to hear a challenge to a law in the city of San Francisco requiring employers with 20 or more employees to provide healthcare for workers or pay into a city health pool, the San Francisco Chronicle reports. To go to the article, click here.
