Brainhunter Inc. (TSX: BH) reported on Friday that revenue fell 12.6% year-over-year to C$52.7 million (US$42.2 million) in its fiscal second quarter ended March 31. Gross margin at the Toronto-based information technology and engineering services and staffing company narrowed to 12.6% from 14.0% in the year-ago quarter.

Brainhunter posted a second-quarter net loss of C$2.7 million (US$2.1 million) compared with net income of C$2.9 million in the first quarter of last year.
