Advancement LLC, a Solon OH-based staffing firm that handles temporary and permanent placements in the technical sector, announced it is partnering with Accord Recruitment Services, an executive search firm that is also based in Solon. The companies plan to jointly market their services.

"By forging a partnership with Accord Recruitment Services, I feel like we are now in a much better position to meet the demands of companies in Northeast Ohio who are in need of talent on a temporary or permanent basis," said Advancement President and CEO Arthur Healan.

TRC Staffing Services Inc., of Winston-Salem NC, said it's adding executive search services for the life sciences industry in North Carolina.

"The Triad area of North Carolina represents one of the nation's leading life sciences markets and we felt this was the best place to launch our new executive search-life sciences services," said Tom Bodeep, senior VP of TRC Staffing. The company has 45 locations in 14 states.
