Analysts International revenue falls 37%

Analysts International Corp. (NASD: ANLY) reported first-quarter revenue fell 37.0% to $28.5 million from $45.1 million in the first quarter of last year. Gross margin improved to 21.1% from 20.1% in the year-ago quarter.

The Minneapolis-based information technology services and staffing firm reported a first-quarter net loss of $1.2 million compared with a net loss of $2.2 million in the same period last year.

Analysts International also completed a one-for-five reverse stock split during the first quarter.
