The JFC Staffing Companies announced several senior management title changes. SourceRight Solutions' president is elected to the Human Resources Outsourcing Association board. TSR Inc. (NASD: TSRI) board member resigns. Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NASD: HSII) names global life sciences partner.

The JFC Staffing Companies, a Camp Hill PA-based staffing firm, announced several senior management title changes, including:
*Michelle Serafin to chief operating officer;
*Mike Murtha to VP of JFC Global Inc., which provides recruiting for information technology, accounting/finance, engineering and management positions;
*Cathy Dallas to VP of JFC Temps Inc., which provides temporary workers in office/clerical, customer services, industrial and logistics staffing; and
*Emily Alaimo to VP of JFC Medical Inc., which specializes in healthcare staffing.

Rebecca Callahan, president of SourceRight Solutions, a division of Spherion Corp. (NYSE: SFN), was elected to the Human Resources Outsourcing Association's global board of trustees.

TSR, an information technology staffing firm, announced that John Hochuli resigned from its board on Jan. 8, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The resignation wasn't the result of a disagreement with the company's operations or policies, according to the filing.

Heidrick & Struggles announced that Ira Isaacson joined the firm's global life sciences practice as a partner; he will be based in Heidrick's Atlanta office. A doctor, Isaacson served as associate director and chief operating officer of The Emory Clinic from 1994 to 1996. He comes to Heidrick from Spencer Stuart.
