Healthcare staffing firm Medical Connections Holdings Inc. said today that revenue grew 46% in third quarter. The company reported that the year-over-year growth comparison was positively affected by a 62% increase in contract travel revenue, primarily due to continuing improvements in operations.

“Over the last six months, we have expended considerable effort to improve our operations and to reduce expense," said CEO Jeffrey Rosenfeld in a statement. "We are pleased to see that the efforts are paying off and anticipate positive revenue growth to continue."
