People: Pontoon, Swift, Insperity, TalentRISE, Russell Reynolds and more

The Pontoon division of Adecco Group, which provides MSP and RPO services, appointed Neil Jones to the position of managing director, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Jones, a member of the executive team that launched Pontoon in 2013, most recently was Adecco Group’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to that assignment, he served as president of Pontoon’s Asia Pacific operations. He is now based in London.

Swift Worldwide Resources, a recruiter serving the oil and gas industry, announced Matthew Hallé will lead Singular Energy Resource Solutions as director of global operations. Singular is its new subsidiary providing MSP, RPO and alternative talent consulting solutions exclusively to the energy sector.

Professional employer organization Insperity Inc. (NYSE: NSP) promoted Kathy Johnson to senior VP of MidMarket operations. She will lead Insperity’s initiative to grow and develop the MidMarket customer segment of the company. Johnson joined Insperity in 2002 as general manager of the Atlanta Service Center, and most recently served as VP of MidMarket operations.

TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Hilary Wagner joined the firm as director of client services for its on-demand recruitment service line. She previously was a recruitment project manager on some of the firm’s largest client engagements throughout 2015. Prior to joining TalentRISE in that capacity, Wagner served as the manager of sales training and support for vAuto, an inventory management software provider.

Executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates announced Waseem Noor joined the firm as a member of its global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and nonprofit practices. He previously spent 17 years at IMS Consulting Group/Strategic Decisions Group, most recently serving as VP and global lead for its strategy and portfolio analysis group.

Pinnacle Search Partners LLC, an Atlanta-based executive search firm, announced Mark Fogel joined the firm as managing director for its New York City-based practice. He will add human resources consulting, coaching and assessment services to his search practice, which targets the manufacturing, financial services, retail and education sectors. Fogel previously was chief human resources officer for Success Academy Charter Schools.

Industrial staffing provider Labor SMART Inc. (OTCBB: LTNC) announced Eddie Schmidt joined its newly created advisory board. Schmidt has more than 25 years of executive level experience in industries including real estate development, printing, industrial and commercial contracting, infrastructure services, and temporary staffing. He most recently purchased an ownership stake in DR Services, which was later sold to Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI).
