LocumTenens.com promoted Chris Franklin as president. Franklin previously served as executive VP at the company, which is part of Jackson Healthcare, the second-largest US provider of locum tenens staffing.

Franklin joined LocumTenens.com in 2008 as VP of its surgery division. He was promoted to senior VP in 2011, and was promoted to executive VP in 2013.

His background includes national and major account sales, recruiting, and management experience in retained search.

Before joining LocumTenens.com, Franklin ran a regional technology practice for a national staffing company. However, he began his staffing career in the mid-1990s specializing in physician search.
