People: Harvey Nash, RSR, TalentRISE, Go Healthcare, Lucas and more

Harvey Nash Group plc, a London-based information technology staffing and services provider, promoted Sean Gilligan from Harvey Nash USA’s VP of enterprise accounts to its chief of staff. Gilligan manages staffing needs of the firm’s largest US clients, while also focusing on its primary business functions. In addition, he serves as the US representative for global Harvey Nash initiatives and cross selling. Gilligan is based out of Harvey Nash USA’s headquarters in Wayne, NJ. The firm also promoted Seattle Market Director Molly Kane to VP of Harvey Nash USA’s Washington state market. Her new responsibilities include strengthening the Harvey Nash brand, new business development and expansion of Harvey Nash’s client roster in the Pacific Northwest, as well as all internal hiring and talent delivery.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, appointed Alan Renne as managing director in the firm’s industrial practice. Renne most recently was a managing director for Russell Reynolds Associates in its New York headquarters and Connecticut office. He will be based in the RSR’s Greenwich office.  

TalentRISE, a Chicago-based management consulting company focused on recruitment, announced Jennifer Conley Chapman joined the firm as director of executive search. She most recently was a member of the global financial services and insurance practices at CTPartners. Previously, she was a senior associate with Heidrick & Struggles’ global insurance practice.

Go Healthcare Staffing, a Charlotte, NC-based travel nurse staffing firm that launched in May, added Mike Bechtel as the company’s accounting manager. Bechtel spent five years in the staffing industry serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles. He most recently worked in the banking industry in financial and technical analytical roles.

Lucas Group, an Atlanta-based executive search firm promoted Margot Barabas from assistant controller to corporate controller of the nationwide organization. She will be responsible for the finance department’s daily operations as well helping develop and set long-term strategies around the financial systems and platforms.

Executive search firm Allegis Partners, an Allegis Group company, announced Sara Hays will co-lead its new search practice for board directors. Paul Williams, who is also a partner with its sister company Major, Lindsey & Africa, will also co-lead the practice.

Executive search firm Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) announced Kyle Bowlsby joined the firm’s sports practice, which is led by Jed Hughes. Bowlsby most recently was manager of business development at SportsDesk Media. His father, Bob Bowlsby, is the commissioner of the Big 12 Conference.

IT and life sciences staffing firm Eliassen Group added Regional Director Shauna Whitney to lead its newly established operations in Las Colinas, the center of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Whitney previously was national director, sales, at On Demand IT Staffing Solutions.
