Firm acquires New Hampshire finance recruiting firm

New England staffing provider BANK W Holdings acquired Venture Profiles Corp., a staffing firm with a strong presence in New Hampshire and Maine finance permanent placement sector. 

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

BANK W Holdings last month announced the acquisition of Apollo Consultants, a staffing firm also serving the accounting and finance sectors. The firm also owns KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting, serving accounting and finance companies; Alexander Technology Group, which  targets IT placement; and The Nagler Group, a provider of administrative and HR staffing.

Venture Profiles will dissolve and join the KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting brand. Venture Profiles was founded in 1992 by Managing Principal John Peterson, who will remain with KBW as senior recruiting manager/founder Venture Profiles. 

KBW focuses on the greater Boston and southern New Hampshire area. It is headquartered in Bedford, N.H., with offices also in Woburn, Mass., and Portsmouth, N.H.  Venture Profiles was based in Londonderry, N.H., but Peterson will work out of KBW’s Portsmouth office.
