Decton Inc. and LegalStaff of San Diego merged their business operations, Decton Staffing Services announced. LegalStaff of San Diego will operate as an autonomous division of Decton Inc.

The transaction closed Oct 1; terms and details of the transaction’s structure were not disclosed.

Plans call for the expansion of LegalStaff into the Southwest markets within the next couple of years.
