Staffing provider Corporate Resource Services Inc. (NASD: CRRS) is back in compliance with Nasdaq listing policies. The New York-based company reported it received a letter from Nasdaq that it regained compliance with the filing of its form 10-Q last week with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Administration. 

The firm had received notice in August from Nasdaq stating that it was non-compliant with Listing Rule 5250(b) because the company had not filed Form 10-Q for the period ending July 4, 2014.

The firm provides staffing services as well as cloud-based enterprise applications and hosting services to other staffing firms and professional employer organizations.
