Aditi Staffing LLC, an MBE IT staffing firm based in Bellevue, Wash., appointed Raja Narayana as president. Aditi Staffing, spun off from Aditi Technologies, will operate as an independent IT staffing company.

Narayana has more than 15 years’ experience in the staffing and recruiting Industry.

Symphony Teleca Corp. recently struck a deal to acquire Aditi Technologies, a software development and cloud services firm, but the transaction did not include Aditi Staffing.

“We decided our real opportunity was to dedicate ourselves to supporting clients partnering with MSP firms,” said Narayana. “With that, we developed best in class processes with a dedicated and scalable global recruiting model. We have also heavily invested in state of the art technologies and have produced a viable client and consultant centered value proposition driven by quality customer service, speed to market and risk free engagement.”

Aditi Staffing has doubled its client base in the last three years, according to the company.
