The Reserves Network acquired TempWise Inc., a professional administrative and clerical staffing company based in Tampa, Fla. The transaction closed Sept. 30, 2013, and terms were not disclosed.

Plans call for TempWise to operate as an affiliate of The Reserves Network and maintain its current name and brand. All five TempWise employees will remain with the company and President Lee Rachelson will continue to oversee business operations.

The TempWise acquisition gives The Reserves Network two office locations in Florida as the company also has an office in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park. It marks the company’s fourth acquisition in the last five years, and its second acquisition this year; in July, The Reserves Network announced it acquired Summit Technical Services, a provider of engineering, information technology and professional design staffing.

The Reserves Network is based in Fairview Park, Ohio. It was founded in 1984.
