People: Precision IT Group, TRU, Nectir

Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Today’s listings include changes at Precision IT Group, TRU Staffing Partners and Nectir Inc.

Precision IT Group, a New York-based managed services provider for the information technology sector, announced founder David D’Arcy is stepping down as president and CEO. Anthony Butler will become acting CEO and Marc Pantoni was promoted to president. Butler joined the company in 2012 as vice president of sales and marketing and Pantoni has led the firm's technology and operations team for 10 years.

TRU Staffing Partners announced Leslie Witalis, an e-discovery recruiter for the firm, was elected to serve a one-year term as the membership director for Women in e-Discovery’s Silicon Valley chapter. WiE primarily provides educational opportunities regarding technology in the legal industry to its members. New York-based TRU is a search firm serving the legal technology industry, with an emphasis on e-discovery, forensics and litigation support staffing.

Nectir Inc., a staffing franchise organization, announced Raymond Paylor will head a new branch in Wilmington, Del. Paylor is CEO and president of Nectir Delaware and also has an office in Dover, Del.
