Staffing Industry Analysts released its first-ever list of the largest staffing firms in Mexico. ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) topped the list with $563 million in 2012 Mexico staffing revenue and 38 percent market share. Adecco followed with $200 million and 13 percent market share, while Kelly Services had $118 million in revenue and 8 percent market share.

“We believe there is significant growth potential ahead for staffing markets in Mexico,” said Research Analyst Timothy Landhuis. “We see growth taking place both among the multinational staffing firms as well as staffing firms based in Mexico.”

The new list includes six staffing firms with $50 million or more in Mexican staffing revenue in 2012.

These firms combined to generate $1.1 billion in Mexican staffing revenue, which comprised 74 percent of the total market.

Staffing Industry Analysts estimates the 2012 Mexican staffing market at $1.5 billion for staffing firms in full compliance with Mexican labor laws, including the firms on its list. However, a much larger informal market operates outside the legal staffing markets.
