If you are, then then nominate him or her for the Staffing 100 2014 list. For the fourth year in a row, Staffing Industry Analysts is putting together a directory of individuals who have made a difference to the staffing industry.

The list is not a ranking. It’s a collection of 100 individuals — who have impacted the world of contingent work — nominated by you and reviewed by us.  The deadline to send in the nominations is July 15^th. 

Here’s how it works. Send us your nomination to staffing100@staffingindustry.com. We, the editorial team at Staffing Industry Analysts, will review the nominations and determine who makes the list based on their sphere of influence. And the nominations can come from anyone. 

We view influence in a number of ways and forms and understand that it’s often subjective. We take into account financial benchmarks like what staffing revenue the person is responsible for. CEOs of publicly traded firms are often on the list, but we also include those people who have played an important role in the evolution of the industry — entrepreneurs, strategists, reformers, consultants — the Staffing 100 covers a gamut of professions and interests. Then there are some who have affected the market albeit indirectly, such as through legislative efforts or mergers and acquisitions.

And buyers, here’s your chance to send a call out to those providers who are helping you administer your contingent workforce program, successfully. Take a moment to send us their names along with a short paragraph on why you think they belong in this group of influential staffing specialists. It could be someone working at a staffing firm or VMS provider or a compliance expert — the field is wide open, as long as the nominee has influenced people’s perception of talent and how it can be used.
