Digital Intelligence Systems LLC, a McLean, Va.-based IT staffing and consulting firm, added B. Michael Bolton as CFO and promoted Lily Yeh to VP of strategy, programs and planning.

Bolton most recently held senior financial and operational positions at American Traffic Solutions, ACS, Serco, and Dyncorp. He has more than 28 years of professional experience and has worked with CEOs and corporate boards to implement strategic vision and improve corporate performance across multiple corporations.

“Mike Bolton’s seasoned career touches on many of the growth and improvement milestones DISYS aims to accomplish in the near future,” said CEO Mahfuz Ahmed. “His insight is comprehensive and proven and he will certainly be an integral part of DISYS’ strategic vision moving forward. We’re glad he’s here and eager to get started.”

Yeh had previously served as executive director of strategy, programs and planning. Yeh has been with DISYS for almost three years, and her new role will expands her leadership role and her impact on formalizing DISYS’ strategic growth.
