TriZetto Corp. Chairman and CEO Trace Devanny left the company earlier this month. A search is under way for a permanent CEO for the Denver-based healthcare IT solutions provider. With the departure of Devanny, Jude Dieterman will serve in the newly created role of president, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.

Dieterman’s former role was executive vice president and chief operating officer; in addition to presdent, he will remain as chief operating officer. In addition, TriZetto board member Vicky Gregg will take on the role of non-executive chair.
