Stefanini, a global IT services firm, acquired RCG Staffing, the IT recruiting and staffing division of Edison, N.J.-based RCG Global Services Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition is the company’s third within the U.S. It acquired TechTeam Global, an IT outsourcing provider, in 2010 and Code X Inc., a technical staffing firm, in 2011. The RCG acquisition gives Stefanini a direct presence in additional U.S. geographies, especially in the northeast and southern states. Stefanini will maintain offices in key RCG locations including Houston and Philadelphia.
