Source One Healthcare Professionals Inc. has joined forces with Dallas/Fort Worth-based staffing firm Metz&Baum Healthcare Professionals. The firms described the transaction as a merger.

Source One, headquartered in Tennessee, provides healthcare staffing to all clinical specialty areas of healthcare facilities. Its brands include O.R. Nurses, TexMed Staffing, Allied Health Source and now Metz & Baum Healthcare Professionals; all with perioperative staffing at their core.

Metz&Baum will operate as Metz & Baum, a Source One Company. Julie Norris will remain with the firm as senior vice president of its North Texas division, and Dianna Williams will remain as vice president of its North Texas division.
