How does your comp plan stack up?

In our 2014 Contingent Buyer Survey for North America, we asked contingent workforce program managers, “What was your total annual compensation in 2013?” The median compensation was $135,000. A quarter of respondents reported that their total compensation was $95,000 or less, and a quarter of respondents reported that their total compensation was $175,000 or more.

The median for 2013 is notably higher than that reported in previous surveys. Comparable numbers in 2010 and 2011 were $116,000 and $120,000, respectively.
