In our 2013 VMS/MSP Customer Experience Report, we asked staffing suppliers to score their satisfaction with the managed service provider (MSP) they have the most interaction with. We calculated net promoter scores, which can range from -100 percent to 100 percent. Scores above zero are considered favorable while scores below zero are considered unfavorable. Overall, suppliers were staunchly negative on their MSP, with a score of -58 percent. We also asked respondents in which skill segment their company generated the most revenue in 2012. Those noting the IT and engineering segments were generally less negative on their MSP than suppliers focused mostly on the commercial and healthcare skill segments.
