A contract worker died Monday after an ammonia leak at Rich Products’ Ft. Erie, Ont., Canada, food processing facility. Two other workers — one also a contractor — were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Buffalo News reports. The cause of the accident was not known at press time and production has been suspended.
