Deal Watch: New and renewed HCM deals

Beginning with this issue, CWS 30 will periodically list some of the current human capital deals as well as a renewal of existing contracts in order to help CW managers map the staffing landscape.

Companies with publicly announced staffing deals in late October and early November include The Boeing Company, BAE Systems Inc., the New Jersey School Development Authority and Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc.

  • CDI Corp.’s AndersElite subsidiary will provide contract staffing services in Europe and Asia to The Boeing Company under a three-year agreement announced in October. CDI will manage the fulfillment of Boeing’s contract workforce for a range of positions that include engineers, technical professionals and administrative support personnel. CDI presently provides staffing services to Boeing in the U.S.
  • BAE Systems Inc., a global defense and security company, signed a five-year managed services provider (MSP) contract with Advantage xPO, a division of Advantage Resourcing. BAE Systems Inc. has approximately 46,000 employees worldwide.
  • Hill International Inc. received a contract to provide professional staffing services to the New Jersey Schools Development Authority. The contract has a two-year base term along with a one-year option term, and the deal is valued at approximately $1.2 million if the option term is exercised.
  • Roundy’s Supermarkets Inc., a Milwaukee-based supermarket operator, signed a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) deal  with PeopleScout to place more than 1,500 hires annually at Mariano’s Fresh Market stores in Chicago. Mariano’s is a Roundy’s brand. PeopleScout is a division of SeatonCorp.
