Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC) promoted Andrew Wilkinson to market president of the company's Northern California operations. He was previously market VP for Northern California.

Spherion Corp. (NYSE: SFN) named Greg Eierman as VP of operations for its recruitment process outsourcing services division. Eierman comes to Spherion from Alexander Mann Solutions. Spherion also named Jennifer Beck as VP of its strategy management office for its RPO division. Beck was previously director of operations for several large RPO accounts at Spherion. The company also named Daniel Oakes as director of solutions design, and he will handle the design of RPO solutions. Oakes has more than 18 years of experience.

Winter, Wyman Companies, a Waltham MA-based staffing firm, named five people to general manager positions. Tracy Cashman was named general manager of the company's New England information technology division. Ian Ide was promoted to general manager of the company's New York technology division, Stephen Kasmouski to general manager of the company's software technology division, Ken Martin to general manager of the company's New England accounting and finance and investments and financial services divisions and Jonathan Mazzocchi to general manager of the company's New York accounting and finance division.

SkillStorm, a San Diego-based engineering and information technology staffing firm, promoted Ethan Gillespie to associate VP of West Coast operations. Gillespie previously served as a division director.

Keith Grinstein, a member of the TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) board of directors, died. The Tacoma WA-based industrial staffing firm had only recently appointed him lead independent director. Grinstein was also chairman of Coinstar Inc., according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
