Serving as district manager for the St. Louis market will be Debra Cotton.
Sapphire Technologies, an information technology staffing subsidiary of Vedior NV, moved its Wilmington DE office to a new site in the city. "Our new location will allow us to better meet the growth of our business and to serve our clients more effectively," said Regional Manager Joseph Santora.
