Here are recent promotions, new hires and other personnel announcements made by staffing firms. Firms listing personnel changes today include Cirrus Medical Staffing, Swift Worldwide Resources, Accountable Healthcare Inc., and more.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Cirrus Medical Staffing promoted Pamela Honeycutt Mackey to business development manager for the eastern part of the nation and Natashae Runnels to trainer of account management. The Charlotte, N.C.-based firm places travel nursing and allied healthcare professionals.

Swift Worldwide Resources, a recruiter serving the oil and gas industry, hired Mark Coetzee to lead its North American operations as managing director. Most recently, Coetzee was chief executive officer at Atlanco Rimec Group, an international outsourcing organization.

Accountable Healthcare Inc., a Boca Raton, Fla.-based healthcare staffing provider, tapped RJ Dabney as branch manager of its new de novo office in Chicago. Most recently, Dabney led branch teams at Nursefinders and AMN Healthcare.

Schumacher Group hired Jesse Ohayon as senior VP of recruiting operations. He previously was vice president of recruiting for Yoh Co., a Philadelphia division of Day and Zimmermann.

Kelly Kay and Michael Flagg are co-leaders of executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles International Inc.’s (NASD: HSII) new global mobility practice.

CTPartners Executive Search Inc. (NYSE MKT: CTP) added Jeremy Zeman as a partner in its financial services practice. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Zeman previously was with Heidrick & Struggles’ financial services practice.

Sue Ribot joined Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) as senior client partner in the technology practice. Ribot previously managed several North America sales verticals at Red Hat Inc.

SafeGuard World International, a global managed payroll and employment outsourcing provider, added Sherry Hicks as vice president, global program management. Hicks is overseeing the project management office. Additionally, Eric Lavalette joined the company as VP, global implementation.

Payment Services Corp., provider of independent contractor management and payment solutions and Canada’s HCMWorks Inc., which provides indirect service procurement, advisory and support solutions, appointed Heather Buchan vice president business development.
