Executive search firm Korn/Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) appointed Robert Rozek as CFO. Rozek has more than 25 years of finance experience. He most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Cushman & Wakefield, where he oversaw global financial and accounting operations.

Rozek has also held senior leadership positions at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Eastman Kodak as well as a spent five years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Rozek succeeds Mike DiGregorio who plans to pursue other interests.
