Peter Reagan is Senior Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies Council for SIA with primary responsibility for managing and developing the EMEA and APAC regions, and involvement in providing key expertise and support in the Americas. With more than 29 years of experience in the staffing sector, Peter has held a number of senior managerial and executive positions within some of the world’s leading staffing organizations, and across the full spectrum of contingent staffing services from traditional temporary supply through to Managed Service Provision (MSP), Statement-of-Work (SOW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).

Peter joined SIA in 2015, focusing on CWS Council growth, CCWP/SOW programming, SIA conferences and the extension of SIA research and content. Having spearheaded more than 1,000 workforce-related projects, Peter’s unique understanding of both the buying process and the drivers that govern supplier behavior continue to add significant value to the work he does with SIA Council members globally, helping to optimize the way work gets done, advancing thought leadership and elevating the ecosystem.
