UK – Rethink Group rebrands talent management business

11 February 2016

Rethink Group has launched a new brand called RTM, a rebranding of Rethink Talent Management.

The rebranding follows the acquisition of RPO business Consort, in April 2015. The acquisition, which was previously labelled as “a game changer” by Rethink’s Chief Executive, Steve Wright, means that the brands have merged to create a ‘total talent solution’ which offers a combined proposition to customers.

RTM’s services include resource planning (via a full suite of RPO and MSP), talent pooling, recruitment & selection, on & off boarding, risk & reporting and employer value proposition where they work with HR teams to build a brand that sets them apart from the competition and engages with talent.

“2015 was an exceptional year for Rethink Talent Management - we grew by 15% year-on-year, brought in revenue of £65 million and were recognised as the ‘Best Company to Work For’ at the annual IRP (institute of recruitment professionals) awards,” Iain Blair, managing director of RTM said.

With the new launch of RTM, Rethink Group expects to improve their Managed Service Provider offerings and RPO services.

“It’s our intention to provide more innovation and a greater range of services to deepen our client relationships even further and to match the continuing growth of the recruitment outsourcing market,” Blair said.”

Rethink Group has also recently appointed Richard Martin as Group Chairman. Martin previously served as Chair of Ochre House (now Cielo talent), a major RPO provider.
