Randstad US names chief innovation officer

February 10, 2016

Randstad US, one of the largest staffing firms in the US, appointed Graig Paglieri as chief innovation officer, a new position within the company, effective Feb. 8. He will be responsible for developing delivery capabilities and technology-enabled business models.

Paglieri will also head the company’s optimization of digital tools and mediums, big data and artificial intelligence. Randstad is investing heavily in these tools following the 2014 launch of the Randstad Innovation Fund, which is building a portfolio of early stage HR technology investments.

Paglieri previously spent 11 years with professional staffing firm Kforce Inc. (NASD: KFRC), most recently as chief delivery officer. He began his career with the US Marine Corps before joining Arthur Andersen’s business strategy practice. Paglieri was also a managing associate for Scott, Madden & Associates where he worked on mergers and integrations in the energy sector.

“The creation of this new role reflects our deep commitment to helping Randstad clients grow and prosper in today’s rapidly changing business environment,” said Linda Galipeau, CEO, Randstad North America. “Graig’s wealth of experience in utilizing technology-driven solutions to transform talent acquisition and delivery strategies will be instrumental in further differentiating our offerings and leveraging the potential of HR technology.”

Paglieri will be based in Tampa, Fla.
