"How Likely is it that you Would Recommend This VMS/MSP Company to a Friend or Colleague?"

Mountain View, Calif. – December 7, 2011 – That is the question Staffing Industry Analysts asked from May to August 2011, and was answered by more than 2,000 buyers of temporary staffing as well as staffing companies who work with Vendor Managed Services (VMS) companies and Managed Service Providers (MSP). The goal of the survey-now in its second year- was to understand who were the top rated VMS and MSP companies based on net promoter score, as well as determine what factors affect both buyer and supplier satisfaction with their MSP or VMS providers. Companies that scored in the top 25th percentile were considered “top ranked.”

Categories analyzed for the report include:
Top Performers — VMS Buyer
Top Performers — VMS Staffing Provider
Top Performers — MSP Buyer
Top Performers — MSP Staffing Provider
Top Performers Overall

“For 2011 we simplified the Top Performer overall calculation,” stated Bryan Peña, VP of Contingent Workforce Strategies and Research at Staffing Industry Analysts. “While more than a dozen companies earned some form of Top Performer designation with either buyers or suppliers, only three qualified for Top Performer Overall. In order to be considered for the Top Performer Overall list, vendors had to score in the top quartile for both staffing providers and buyers. Only two vendor management systems qualified for the Top Performer honors and one Managed service provider rated in this year’s survey scored high enough with both key audiences to qualify.”

The report, released this week, announced The Top Performers Overall in each group as:
VMS:
- Agile•1/AccelerationVMS/AgileExpress
- Tapfin/Econometrix
MSP:
- WorkforceLogic
