Staffing Industry Analysts Appoints Peter Reagan as Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies and Research

Mountain View, California (USA) – July 16, 2015 - Staffing Industry Analysts today announced the appointment of Peter Reagan, a seasoned 25-year industry professional, as Director of Contingent Workforce Strategies and Research, with responsibility for Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Based in London, Reagan will work with Staffing Industry Analysts’ Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council members to help them optimize their utilization of contingent labor, with particular emphasis on advancing thought leadership and elevating the ecosystem in Europe and Asia. CWS Council is a business intelligence and advisory service for corporate buyers of temporary labor.

“Peter is a key appointment for Staffing Industry Analysts,” said Bryan Pena, vice president of contingent workforce strategies and research. “Having worked and advised on more than 1,000 contingent workforce-related projects, he brings a unique understanding of both the buying process and the drivers that govern supplier behavior. He will work alongside our council members to help optimize the way in which they engage contingent labor, with particular emphasis on advancing thought leadership and elevating the ecosystem across Europe and Asia.”

Reagan has experience across the full spectrum of contingent staffing services from traditional temporary supply to Managed Service Provision (MSP), Statement of Work (SoW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS). Before joining Staffing Industry Analysts, Reagan served as vice president/director of group sales and marketing (Europe, Middle East and Asia) for Volt. Prior to Volt, he was the strategic business development director for Adecco Group.
