Staffing Industry Analysts Announces Full Keynote Lineup for 24th Annual Executive Forum

Premier event will focus on future trends, alternative approaches and innovation in the staffing industry

Mountain View, Calif. – February 26, 2015 - Staffing Industry Analysts, the global advisor on contingent work, today announced five keynote speakers for the 2015 Executive Forum taking place March 16-19 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in Orlando, FL. With over 50 educational sessions, the 24th annual event will connect more than 1,000 top level staffing and recruiting executives, industry experts and thought leaders.

The forum’s five keynote sessions will explore the conference theme “Alternative Visions: New Strategies for a New Era in Staffing,” and will share intelligence and compelling insights on the following topics:

  • Barry Asin, president of Staffing Industry Analysts, will present “Why Everything You Thought You Knew About Staffing is Wrong,” to look at the beliefs and assumptions in the staffing industry and separate fact from fiction. In a separate session, Asin will be sharing topline results from a survey that will be completed at the time of the conference on Total Talent Management, a holistic, integrated approach to managing contingent and permanent employees.
  • Gary Hamel, business strategy expert and management guru, will explain how innovation is the only way to out-perform over the long run and how to build it into the core of your business in “Innovation from Everyone, Every Day.”
  • Jacob Morgan, author, The Future of Work; co-founder FOW Community, will discuss how to stay competitive in a rapidly changing world and build organizations as best places to work in “The Future of Work: Attract New Talent, Build Better Leaders, and Create a Competitive Organization.”
  • Jack Daly, professional sales coach, will speak on “Building a World Class Sales Organization,” discussing sales team recruiting, retention and compensation, and performance measurement.
  • Ryan Estis, business performance expert, will challenge conventional thinking on business performance and give guidance on how to thrive in an ultracompetitive, hyper-connected environment in “Next Level Leadership."

The agenda for Executive Forum 2015 will include a variety of new formats as well as interactive strategy workshops offering deep dives into areas such as pricing and client requirements. During the “Success Story Showcase” sessions, executives from Staffing Industry Analysts’ Fastest Growing Staffing Firm List will share the lessons learned that allowed them to grow rapidly in a challenging market. Subject matter experts will lead panel discussions on staffing trends in specific segments including engineering, energy, light industrial, IT and office/clerical. A session on Latin America staffing markets will be conducted in Spanish.

CCWP is an accreditation program in contingent workforce program management. Winners of the prestigious Best Staffing Firms to Work For awards will be announced during the conference on Wednesday, March 18, at 8:30 a.m. The sixth annual program, sponsored by Monster Worldwide, Inc.
