Now Hiring

Recruiting firms to increase headcount.

Recruiting firms report healthy hiring plans for 2014, according to Bullhorn’s annual North American Staffing and Recruiting Trends Report, “A Numbers Game,” released in February. Seventy-five percent plan to grow headcount. Two percent of respondents said their firms plan to reduce headcount this year.

Staying Strong

Revenue growth stays strong despite slowdown.

Year-over-year aggregate temporary staffing revenue growth remained strong in December, despite a slowdown to 10 percent from 14 percent between October and December, according to a recent Pulse Survey Report by Staffing Industry Analysts. The percentage of firms reporting positive year-over-year growth edged down to 76 percent from 79 percent.
