CGI revenue rises 53% in Q4 in wake of Logica buy

CGI Group Inc., a Montreal-based provider of information technology services, reported revenue rose 52.7 percent to C$2.46 billion in its fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 30.


CGI won’t discuss Healthcare.gov in conference call

Calian business and technology division revenue falls 5%

Calian Technologies Ltd. reported revenue in its business and technology services division fell 5.3 percent year over year to C$38.0 million (US$36.9 million) in the company’s fiscal fourth quarter ended Sept. 30. The segment provides IT staffing and other services.


RCM shareholder group files countersuit; board ends ‘poison pill’

A shareholder group at RCM Technologies Inc. (NASD: RCMT) announced Monday it filed a countersuit in response to a lawsuit filed earlier this month by RCM. Separately, RCM’s board reported Monday the early termination of a shareholder rights plan (poison pill) and other changes.


Web: Feds sue over sale price of IT staffing firm

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newspaper reports the U.S. Department of Labor sued the former owners of Omni Resources Inc. claiming the company was sold to a stock ownership plan at a price that “far exceeded its fair market value.”
